How long does it take to get from Kent to Heathrow Airport? ⌄

Journey times depend on your pickup location and M25 traffic. From Dartford allow around 70–90 minutes, Maidstone 80–100 minutes, Canterbury 100–120 minutes, and Dover 110–130 minutes. We always advise a generous buffer for M25 and M4 traffic and will suggest the right pickup time when you book.

Which Heathrow terminal do I need? ⌄

Heathrow has five terminals. T5 is exclusively British Airways. T2 handles Star Alliance carriers (Lufthansa, Swiss, United, Singapore Airlines etc.). T3 covers oneworld long-haul (American, Cathay Pacific), Virgin Atlantic and Delta. T4 serves KLM, Malaysia Airlines, Garuda and others. Always check your boarding pass or booking confirmation — just let us know and we will drop you at the correct terminal entrance.

Can you do very early morning pickups for Heathrow? ⌄

Yes — we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no unsociable hours surcharge. A 04:00 pickup costs the same as a midday pickup. Early morning Heathrow runs are one of our most common bookings, particularly from east Kent where the drive is longer.

What happens if my Heathrow flight is delayed on the return? ⌄

We monitor your inbound flight in real time. If it is delayed we adjust the pickup time accordingly and wait at no extra charge. Your driver will be in the arrivals hall with a name board when you come through.

Is there an ULEZ or congestion charge for Heathrow transfers? ⌄
